This article is very low on infromation. Is this bingo only and which country is introducing this? Does this apply to the country of residence, or jurisdiction according to which casino is licensed. It would be nice to get more information if possible.

I am a little confused about this article. The new regulations will be applied to Bingo casinos only, correct ? And it is pretty surprising to know how this new regulations will affect the players and casinos. Maybe, casinos can go back to lower wagering requirement, instead of no deposit bonuses :)

Is this tax only for a 'New Player's' 1st NDB, if they get one and if players withdraw their winnings from this bonus and then deposit some of it later, how are they gonna know that money was winnings from a NDB and taxes it. And one more thing about that '1099,' don't you need over $599.00 before you get one of those things. I'm so confused!

Since the sites that allow US gamblers don't operate as US businesses, the US couldn't levy a tax on them, they'd have to instead tax the gambler. The only way that will happen is if they allow international sites to register as a business here and issue 1099s to people for NDBs

gurusue yes you r right they dont take players from USA. Also this is not too much of a shame since their NDBs were never real no deposits but more of a free trial / play for fun kind of bonuses ( ie never allowed to cashout on its winnings )

Wow, I don't mean to come off the subject but who in their right mind would deposit and play on CozyGames software? It's horrid, the slots are beyond pathetic and the whole layout of these sites are unbelievably poor. Makes sense that their is so many cozy sites seeing as it probably takes 10 minutes to create.
