It’s a Long Way to Bitcoin if You Have to Verify at ComicPlay
Our test reports have mostly been ‘easy-breezy’ during May, if you disregard a few downsides in regard to processing times and unexpected payout delays, that is. The platform we’re about to reveal to you goes under the name of ComicPlay Casino and it is a USA-friendly venue that accepts BTC payment transactions. It’s licensed and regulated in Curacao, powered by RTG and you can access its content from any smartphone or tablet.
But before we share more details about our test, a short introduction:

Let’s see why it took so long to cash out.
Registration
As you will soon discover, Juggaloroscoe initiated the registration process with this operator by entering his personal details in a three-step form. Once done, he accepted the terms and conditions, then easily opened a new account with ComicPlay.
This action also allowed him to browse the casino’s entire lobby for free, which is divided into new games, slots, table games, video poker, specialty, progressives, and tournaments.
Depositing
After a short inspection of the terms and conditions, our tester hit the cashier in order to make a deposit and continue with the evaluation. Juggaloroscoe selected Bitcoin as his payment method of choice and topped up the balance with $200 in cryptocurrency on Thursday, April 14th 2022. This transaction was literally completed within minutes.
Before we continue, a quick reminder about minimum deposit amounts at ComicPlay. Depending on the transaction method, minimum deposit limits vary between $30 and $50 while the maximum amount when topping up is unlimited, except for Neosurf – a player can add from $10 to $250 with this method only.
Meanwhile, please note that ETH payments of less than $50 are not addedto the casino account. Such deposits are non-recoverable and cannot be refunded. Gameplay
With enough money in his balance, our tester was psyched up to start multiplying the deposit by playing some of RTG’s finest slot releases to date. He started with Run Rabbit, Run! but made very little progress and decided to quit after losing around $30.00.
Next on the list was Achilles with a random jackpot, but unfortunately, the balance after this game declined to $126.99.
Moments later, our tester was underwater in Lucky Catch trying to fish out his last chance to fix the balance, but… this high volatility release by RTG from July 2021 with random prize awards, bursting wilds, and re-triggerable free games was all but lucrative.
When his funds reached the casino’s minimum withdrawal limit at around $100.99 after playing only three-four slots, Juggaloroscoe decided to call it quits and navigated back to the cashier. To request a payout, he first needed to verify his account, which starts by uploading documents or sending them via email to ComicPlay, as confirmed by a customer support agent in chat.
KYC and Withdrawal
Before he was able to pull out the remaining funds from his account, Juggaloroscoe asked CSA on April 27th 2022 to make a make phone call and help him verify his identity as the last step prior to cashing out. This detail was revealed to him in an earlier correspondence with one of the agents.
Newsflash: our tester had already sent his driver’s license, utility bill, and selfie with ID via email to the casino on April 16th 2022.
It seems that there has been some sort of communication breakdown during this phase, since the live chat agent was completely unaware of his documents in the system. He even reminded our player to provide finance office with a valid BTC wallet address and confirm the transfer, but…
…Juggaloroscoe did that too on April 20th 2022 via email. The agent’s solution was to “escalate the case to his manager in order to accelerate the process of KYC procedure completion” and so he did.
Our tester tried to withdraw the funds once more on May 2nd 2022, but the account was still not verified at this moment, TWO WEEKS AFTER REGISTERING!!!
Regardless, a new agent informed Juggaloroscoe that the casino’s finance department has been informed and asked him to be patient.
Finally, on May 3rd 2022 our tester successfully completed the withdrawal process of $100.00 in Bitcoin. This cashout request was confirmed on May 6th 2022 and it amounted exactly $98.12 due to transaction fees.
In terms of limits and time frames, ComicPlay processes credit card and bank wire payments in 4-5 business days while BTC expands up to 48 hours. On top of that, the minimum withdrawal limit for VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and Bitcoin is $100, while Bank Wire stands at $300. The maximum cashout threshold per week for each banking method is $2000.
Also, payment requirements for VIP players may vary.
Conclusion
While signing up and depositing at ComicPlay Casino take only a couple of minutes, we can’t help but notice a very elongated verification procedure which not only affected the withdrawal but the overall impression about this place.
Although he managed to pull out his money, Juggaloroscoe had to wait for two long weeks without any particular reason before he was able to confirm a blockchain transaction that is usually instant in the iGaming world.

Wow, that's brutal... Waiting two weeks for verification, just so you could withdraw 100$. Would it take longer for more money? Hopefully not, because this is unacceptable. Thank you once again for a detailed test Juggaloroscoe, and thank you LCB!
