When I tried to login and ask for the bonus I got a message that my account is restricted because I'm trieing to login from a country that is restricted.
That live chat told me that is not posible.
They told me to restart the rooter etc.I have sent them prinscreens from my pc and my phone that has a diferent ip and then they said that the problem might be from them.

I just completed my playthrough requirements of my bonus. I met the minimum withdrawal amount of 150. They cap the withdrawl at 120, plus remove 20 for the "sticky bonus" leaving me with $100. I spun it back up to $150, requested another withdrawal. $50 was again removed. I am now told I must deposit $50 of my own to meet the minimum for "verification" despite you stating it isnt required in a comment. Not only that, I must playthrough it 5x ($250), and then.. hope? that I'm still over the 150 minimum? Or deposit more and try again?
Oh yeah, on top of that, they CAP YOUR WINNINGS on your $50 deposit. At $250 total withdrawal. That's including the $100 on the account.
This is fraudulent.
