He explains "The 3 R's of Habit Formation" - Reminder, Routine, and Reward. 1️⃣ Reminder/Cue: Something that signals the brain to initiate the habit. 2️⃣ Routine: The behavior of the habit itself. 3️⃣ Reward: The positive outcome/result. For example, everyday I want to stretch every night before going to bed: My cue: I brush my teeth My routine: Then I stretch for 5-10 minutes My reward: I feel good and tell myself "good job!"
