Price

We offer multiple flat rate shipping prices, they are displayed at checkout and vary based on your selected method, country, package size, and number of fulfillment locations required.

Locations

We ship to most countries, including the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia/Oceania. If you do not have any shipping options available at checkout you may contact us for a custom quote.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes, so be sure to provide a physical address during checkout.

Speed

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. For our priority shipping options, we use UPS Express for deliveries outside of Finland and Priority - Postnord for deliveries within Finland, ensuring that your order will be dispatched within 24 business hours.

If you order items from multiple locations, you will receive multiple separate shipments. Please note that each shipment will have its own shipping cost, and delivery times may vary as they are dispatched from different locations.

Safety

All orders are very safely and securely packed. All orders have shipping insurance included. All orders come with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for paying any duties or customs fees. Please be aware of your customs obligations for shipments coming from Finland (our location). The value we declare on your package will be equal to your order total. Read more about VAT & customs here.
