When life is busy, it’s easy to overlook the warm up part of the session, let alone the Group Exercise warm up games and do the same old movements and then just focus on the actual workout, but let’s face it, it can become rather boring for both the trainer and the client day after day. I suggest cycling through the following games: Week 1 – Tunnel Ball, Week 2 – Hills and Hollows Week 3 – Captain Ball Then once you have been through them all start back at week 1’s game
