About

Jorge Arango

Organizations operate in increasingly complex information environments. I bring clarity and strategy to their product design initiatives.

In particular, AI is changing how people find, understand, and use information. My work helps organizations make the most of this transformation while doing right by the people who depend on their services.

In addition to my consulting practice, I’m an author, podcaster, speaker, and educator. My books include Duly Noted, Living in Information, and Information Architecture: For the Web and Beyond. I also teach in the graduate interaction design program at the California College of the Arts.
