It’s paryushan time and if you are looking for high protein recipes, then this chaat is a perfect option. It’s super delicious and quite filling too. 
 
Recipe - 

Ingredients - Gravy 
Oil - 1/2 tbsp 
Besan - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Soaked & pressure cooked dried  peas - 1 cup
Dried pudina powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste 
Water - 1 cup

TIKKIS-

Crumbled paneer - 1/2 cup
Pressure cooked & mashed chole - 1/2 cup
Oats powder - 1/3 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste 

For assembling - 
Imli chutney 
Boondi 

Method - 
1. In a pan add in oil and besan roast it well until aromatic 
Then add all the dry spices along with the boiled green peas , water, pudina powder and salt
