Here’s an intermediate level Upper Body and Abs Workout. While still challenging, it has a few modified exercises, yet effective for any level. When I feel like I just don’t have it in me to do pull ups, which I try to do at least 1 times a week, I do the second slide, which is a modified version.

8-12 reps x 4 sets
1. Hangin knee tucks to straight leg negatives
2. Self assisted pull ups
3. Arnold presses
4. Twisting curls
5. Barbell rows (or dumbbells)
6. Lateral raises
7. Front raises
8. Triceps extensions

If you’re struggling with traditional step-ups, this variation might be just what you need. The movement mimics step-ups, targeting the same muscle groups, but in reverse—you’re stepping down instead of up. 

That said, most gyms only have one or two of these machines, and they’re typically used for pull-ups. So if you decide to give this exercise a try, please be considerate of others who may need to use the machine for its intended purpose. Be polite, share the equipment, and if someone needs to work in, let them do so. We’re all in this together, after all!
