Recently i tried stuffed mango kulfi & it was insane! Try it before the mango season lasts. 

Scoop out mango seed from mango in order to make a cavity. 
For mango filling, boil full fat milk with sugar, chopped cardamom, and saffron until it is reduced by 50 to 60 percent. You can use condensed milk too instead of sugar. Let it cool. 
Fill this rabdi in mango cavity & cover it with back with chopped tip of mango. 
Freeze for around 6-8 hours in fridge. 
Peel off the mango peel & slice it. 
Garnish with dry fruits, saffron & rose petals.
Try it to believe how delicious it tastes.
