The usefulness of the research were to reveal the nature of self-concept, Interpersonal communication and the nature of headmaster accountability. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method conducted against the Headmaster of Public Junior High School In Jambi province. The sampling technique that used was the Simple Random sampling with a population of 550 and 123 samples. The problems of students’ was couldn’t speak with appropriate grammar patterm , vocabulary, comprehension, fluently and pronunciation, those are basic aspect of speaking. The research was used descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research waseight grade of SMPN 22 Merangin academic year 2019/2020, the sample of the research was 32 student’s. The researcher used total sampling to take sample. To collect the data, the researcher was used test, the test was speaking test. For research instrument, the researcher used content validity. Based on the analysis of data, it found that students’ speaking ability the highest total score was in aspect of accuracy, with total score was 107. The second highest total score was in aspect fluency, with total score 96. The third highest total score was aspect pronunciation,with total scor...
