The article is devoted to improving the methods for building throttle diagrams of gas-hydrodynami... more The article is devoted to improving the methods for building throttle diagrams of gas-hydrodynamic measuring transducers of physical and mechanical parameters of fluids. The authors reviewed modern throttle transducers of various parameters, built on different diagrams, with different numbers and types of throttle elements, with different output signals. We established that the goodness of the measuring transducer is determined both by the structural diagram and the design characteristics of the throttle elements of a specific measuring diagram. The article proposes using structural synthesis with parametric optimization to achieve the specified characteristics of the gas-hydrodynamic transducers. Засобами імітаційного моделювання проаналізовано функціонування замкнутих систем керування в умов... more Засобами імітаційного моделювання проаналізовано функціонування замкнутих систем керування в умовах зміни властивостей інерційного об'єкта керування. Порівняли роботу таких систем: одноконтурної з ПІД регулятором, багатоконтурних з ПІ-ПД керуванням та систем із зовнішнім регулятором на підставі внутрішньої моделі. Серед систем керування із внутрішньою моделлю одна побудована на підставі моделі об'єкта керування. Ми запропонували іншу система, в якій структура зовнішнього регулятора реалізована на базі внутрішньої моделі замкнутого внутрішнього контуру з ПД регулятором. Для спрощення процедури налаштування зовнішнього регулятора вибрано наближену модель об'єкта керування у вигляді послідовно з'єднаних аперіодичної ланки першого порядку та ланки запізнення. Знайдено наближену внутрішню модель зустрічного паралельного з'єднання об'єкта керування та ПД регулятора та отримано наближену обернену модель. The paper proposes a measuring transducer of the physical-mechanical parameters of a Newtonian fl... more The paper proposes a measuring transducer of the physical-mechanical parameters of a Newtonian fluid based on a throttle bridge measuring diagram with identical turbulent and laminar throttles in opposite arms. A mathematical model is built for the throttle bridge transducer of the combined parameter, which depends on the kinematic viscosity and density of the fluid. The problem of parametric optimization of the proposed measuring transducer is formulated and analytically solved in the paper. The authors calculated the transform function of the measuring transducer of the combined parameter of jet fuel.

Resources such as the number of throttles and their arrangement in the diagram, type of throttle elements, measuring channels with a certain type of output signal, the supply mode of the measuring transducer can be integrated into the design process of the measuring transducer of a specific parameter. A mathematical apparatus based on set theory and combinatorial analysis is proposed for synthesizing the possible structures of throttle diagrams, graph theory – for forming a set of measuring channels. The authors have given examples demonstrating the possibilities of building different diagrams of measuring transducers using the resources for structural synthesis. In the paper there are presented tools for structural modelling of throttle diagrams that are dev... more In the paper there are presented tools for structural modelling of throttle diagrams that are developed as a basis to building transducers used for measuring fluid parameters. The definitions of throttle diagrams are improved and their classification is developed. Dependences are obtained to calculate the number of measuring channels in a throttle diagram and the number of possible variants of measuring transducers using the combinatory apparatus. A procedure for mathematical description of throttle diagrams in the form of graphs is proposed which makes it possible to obtain all diagrams with different measuring channels on the basis of certain throttle diagram. The model is developed in the form of a graph. A schematic diagram and a mathematical model of a transducer measuring physical and mechanical parameters of Bingham plastic fluid are developed based on a throttle diagram.

The paper presents a new algorithm for generating and sending SMS messages about the state of the... more The paper presents a new algorithm for generating and sending SMS messages about the state of the technological process. The algorithm is realized in the program of the PLC-controller, which made it possible to form a simple structure of the system for monitoring and notifying the operational staff. The developed algorithm is implemented in the system for monitoring the microclimate parameters in production facilities for pharmaceutical products storage. The developed system is an autonomous, flexible one that can be expanded and integrated into process control systems of higher levels.
