String trellis

A trellis does not need to be complicated. If you want to have climbing flowers like Clematis or Thunbergia flowers in your garden, a simple string trellis works. I build these out of limbs and sticks I find in the woods or 1x2 pine. A staple gun and twine is all you need to finish them. My grandfather always used this method to grow beans...could also use for certain flowers!
