Eternal recurrence

I used this quote for my paper "The Eternal Moment" about the concept of the "The Eternal Recurrence." It's one of the most disquiting and profound subject for contemplation. It can be very unsettling when one thinks of the atrocities committed in the past recurring an infinite number of times. However, while I beleive that this maxim is true I don't think it's the only way that existence can occur. I concluded contra-Nietzsche that there are possible alternate occurrences in each universe.
