This is especially important for those of us with connective tissue disorders like Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome.

*Gentle reminder I am a personal trainer who happens to have EDS and not a physician or physical therapist. It’s always a good idea to confirm restrictions post-surgery with your doctor or PT. If any exercise hurts, stop immediately. Workouts should be hard, but never painful.*
