Chicken Kofta Curry

500g boneless chicken 
1/4 cup spring onions 
Salt to taste
Green chilli paste to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 
1/2 tsp Coriander powder 
1 tbs garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
Handfull fresh coriander 
Whiz the above on a food processor until fine.
Use slightly oiled hands and form into balls.
Heat a non stick pan, add about 2 tbs oil and fry the chicken balls till just firm.
Leave aside.

Heat 1/4 cup oil.
Fry 1 heap cup chopped onions until just pink.
Add 1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and 1/2 tsp Qasuri methi. Mix. Cover and cook on low till soft. Cool and blend to make a paste. Leave aside.

Heat 3 tbs melted butter on low.
