However, most schools in Yemen fall short in training English teachers which will help the learners to develop their written and spoken proficiency in English. The aim of this paper is to address the practical problems faced by the EFL learners at the schools level at Marib city in Yemen. This paper focuses on the difficulties of learning English tenses by students of primary school and the study tries to identify the underlying factors for the weakness of learning English tenses. Some of these factors are the lack of experience in communicative methods of teaching, absence of confidence in teaching English, influence of mother tongue in language learning. The proposed solution for improvement of English language learning and teaching performance is to conduct some training skills which will fill the gap and enhance the abilities of the teachers for better teaching and help the students in better learning.

Business management students chose to do their Higher education in the field of business administration to improve their ethical leadership qualities. This reasonable choice is due to their capabilities, expectations and major source of influence form the internal and external environment. The students who are doing their higher education in the field of business management are the target respondents for this research work. The data has been collected from 238 students across the city of Bangalore focusing on the deemed universities which offers the Master of Business Administration program. The researchers have used convenient sampling method to collect the data. Factor analysis has been used for dimension reduction. From the results of the factor analysis those factors which had less Eigen values were removed and the remaining was maintained for the final analysis. The research work concludes that with regard to the internal factors contributing towards ethical leadership qualities students should give importance to Active participation and being an extrovert at the same time they should commitment towards task and keen dedication toward the work which they do. This dedication would enhance various types of skills for sustainability and motivate them to be creative in thinking and to be more research oriented. In a nutshell the study concludes that if the students have to be a successful leader should be equally influenced by the internal and external sources.

Time and again researchers and policy makers have tried to explain the rising rates ofunemployment and underemployment though skill mismatch. Many studies have emphasized upon the fact that the Indian Education System is not skilling the entrants to the labour market according to the current demands of the employers and recruitment agencies.These studies, however, failed to reiterate the fact that a prominent shift is needed in the assessment of the labour market in India. The normal fecundity of Cryptopygus thermophilus and the effect of a herbicide Glyphosate and the fungicide Indofil on the fecundity was studied. The studies revealed that both the agrochemicals has a profound effect in reducing the fecundity of Cryptopygus thermophilus, but the effect of Glyphosate is high when compared to Indofil.

Indiscriminate use of Herbicides on agricultural purposes resulted deleterious effects on the biology and species diversity of soil arthropods. The effect of sublethal concentration of a herbicide glyphosate (N-(Phosphonomethyl)glycine), were treated to find out the fecundity and maturation of an edaphic isopod (Philoscia javanensis). The LC 50 and LC 100 values of Philoscia javanensis were calculated. The safe and sublethal concentrations of Glyphosate were very low indicating high vulnerability of these isopods to agrochemicals. The safe level concentration of Glyphosate was 0.6341ppm. The moulting intervals of P.javanensis showed variation between herbicide treated and normal P.javanensis. Herbicide treated P. javanensis showed drastic reduction in fecundity and also their moulting intervals were prolonged.

It removes dirt and bacteria and provides a clean walking surface. Most of the cleaning is achieved by the mechanical action of the mop along with the floor cleaning solutions. The present study aimed to analyze the effect of various floor cleaners (Exo, Lysol, Dettol, Lemon grass oil) in the recommended concentration on floor bacteria. The floor cleaners tested in the present study were selected based on the popularity and availability in market. The study was performed using swabbing method for collection of bacteria and pour plate method for bacterial culture. Among the four floor cleaners, Dettol shows maximum antibacterial action, the chloroxylenol containing in Dettol that show higher anti microbial activity. It is obvious that ayurvedic floor cleaner Lemon grass oil exhibit antibacterial action like other selected floor cleaners. Before cleaning, bacterial population of the specific area was 31 CFU and in after cleaning sample with lemon grass oil 9 bacterial colonies were observed. All the variations between the CFU of bacteria before and after treatment was found as significant in student t test performed. An attempt has been done in the present study to screen antimicrobial effect of four selected floor cleaning solutions on floor with an objective to evaluate performance of daily usable floor cleaning solutions, avoiding bacterial contaminations in floor.

From the calculated Eigen vectors, the Euclidean distance between any two sequences were obtained. The closeness between the organisms is inferred from the constructed phylogenetic tree.
Dip coating is a very simple technique widely used for thin film deposition. We report the conduc... more Dip coating is a very simple technique widely used for thin film deposition. We report the conducting and transparent In doped ZnO thin films with various levels of doping (0,1,5 & 10 wt %) fabricated by sol-gel dip coating method. XRD, UV-VIS, SEM and PL are used to characterize these films. X-ray diffraction studies show that films are polycrystalline in nature and have hexagonal wurtzite structure. These films are found to show (002) preferential growth at low Indium concentrations. An increase in Indium concentration does change the crystalline quality of films but higher intensity of films are found for higher Indium concentrations. Moreover, UV-VIS spectroscopy shows the influence of Indium incorporation on the visible range absorbance of ZnO. The optical band gap depends upon Indium doping and is found to be 3.75 for pure ZnO and 3.89 for Fe doped ZnO thin film. The PL spectrum of the samples shows blue emission.
The present study is undertaken in order to investigate the influence of addition of cadmium (Cd)... more The present study is undertaken in order to investigate the influence of addition of cadmium (Cd) with decreasing at.wt. % of Tellurium (Te) at constant at wt% of Selenium (Se) on the optical properties of the Te 90-x Se 10 Cd x (x = 0, 10, 20). Optical Studies of the metal doped chalcogenide prepared by melt quenching method from 99.999% pure elements has been reported. XRD pattern reveals that as-prepared and thermally annealed chalcogenide alloys show polycrystalline nature and a combination of hexagonal and cubic phase. Average crystal size observed by Scherrer's formula for as-prepared and thermally annealed sample S1, S2, S3 of Te 90-xSe10Cdx (x=0, 10, 20) are 22.83, 33.86 ,29.58 nm and 21.51,49.27,46.34 nm respectively. FESEM images of the sample S1, S2, and S3 are uniform which shows the presence of some micro-crystallites of the synthesised material. Spectral dependence of the absorption spectra recorded in the range of 200 – 1000 nm for as-prepared and thermally annealed samples in normal wavelength scanning mode is shown by UV-Visible spectroscopy. Crystal size and optical band gap(Eg) of the as-prepared and thermally annealed sample increases while dislocation density, absorption coefficient of each sample decrease with increasing Cd% in the sample. The luminescence intensity of as-prepared sample S3 (20% of Cd) is much more than its annealed sample at 330 nm excitation wavelength. The predominant literature on the subject of gender has succeeded in portraying women as the target of such types of discrimination. It can be seen everywhere in the society be it public or private sphere. In fact, school is one of the important agents of gender socialization which plays a significant role in shaping the gender roles of school children. Thus, the practice and promotion of gender discrimination in school curriculum and textbooks through projection of gender biased roles and professions both in the public and private spheres have severe consequences in the society at large. It negatively encourages both girls and boys to take up the stereotypical positions constructed for them by these teaching aids. In this context, the study critically examines and analyzes the pictures and the language shown in the posters and charts that have been used in schools as one of the important teaching aids for centuries. The posters, charts and the other teaching materials both in Hindi and English medium were selected and reviewed for the study. Identifying gender biased language, gender stereotyping and construction of gender roles are central to the study. The study observes that still the existing new teaching aids are showing gender inequalities. Thus, the study suggests that a gender inclusive curriculum is the need of present era in order to shape and promote positive gender socialization, which advocates gender equality.

Density functional theory (DFT) and time dependant density functional theory (TD-DFT) computations were carried out to demonstrate various intramolecular interactions that cause the stabilization of the compound leading to its optoelectronic applications. The solvation effects were tested using integral equation formalism for the polarizable continuum model (IEF-PCM) model. The highest occupied molecular orbital energy (HOMO), lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy (LUMO), the energy gap, ground and excited state dipole moments, chemical hardness (η), softness (σ), electronegativity (χ) and chemical potential (μ c) were estimated with the help of frontier molecular orbitals. It is observed that the experimental results agree well with the computed values.

Thirty random raw milk samples were collected from dairy owners from 30 different regions of Dehradun. A total number of 30 samples were analyzed for physical appearance, quality and microbial infection. 90% of milk samples were white in appearance and 10% of the samples were yellow in appearance. The pH range varies from 6.7-6.9. Microbial Count was determined by Std.Plate Count (SPC) as per BIS Std and compared with the standard chart of microbiological quality of raw milk .Out of 30 samples 79% of raw milk were found in the Category of Good quality, 11% of milk were of average quality and 10% were of the Poor quality .Microbial Characterization by Gram's staining technique, motility test and biochemical test revealed that all the 30 sample were Containing E.coli, 26 samples were Containing Klebsiella Species and Lactobacillus Species respectively, 21 were Containing S.aureus,15 were Containing Salmonella Species and 25 were containing other bacterial strains .The present study concludes that microbial contamination in raw milk is increasing very fast in Dehradun region and it is responsible for poor health of citizens. The measures should be adopted to reduce contamination which will cause positive impact on the health of individuals.

This study has shown certain obstacles i.e. teaching and learning difficulties as well as discipline conditions due to the existence of large classes. To change this practice of cash circulation a sudden move has taken by our honorable Prime Minister Mr. Modi on November 8, 2016 regarding demonetization of two highest currency denominations of our country. This initiative brings lot of repercussions in our economy. This move is taken to support cashless economy & to put a check on black currency in our circulation. Due to this step our GDP went down to 7.1% in the last quarter of 2016 comparison to 7.6% in earlier. Demonization removed 86% of our currency out of circulation. This incidence impacted almost all the sectors of our economy. That day biggest fall was observed in Indian equity market in comparison to other Asian market. Sensex went down by 3.8% & Nifty went down by around 1.3%. Apart of this there was a down ward trend observed in almost all the sectoral indices. It means all the sectors got affected by demonetization process. Some sectors have shown much impact in comparison to other like banking, auto, FMCG & reality got affected a lot comparison to other sectors. Using non-dimensional quantities, the governing partial differential equations are converted into ordinary differential equations and them solved analytically by using regular perturbation technique. The results for various flow parameters on fluid velocity, temperature and concentrations as well as the skin coefficient are presented and discussed with graphically.

Tracing back the evolutionary relationship of proteins is a part of functional annotation. In this paper, we study the sequence similarity of Albumin proteins obtained from different organism. The protein sequences are considered as a rigid body with mass and transformed into vectors by the tensor of moment of inertia. From the calculated Eigen vectors, the Euclidean distance between any two sequences were obtained. The closeness between the organisms is inferred from the constructed phylogenetic tree.

We report the conducting and transparent In doped ZnO thin films with various levels of doping (0,1,5 & 10 wt %) fabricated by sol-gel dip coating method. XRD, UV-VIS, SEM and PL are used to characterize these films. X-ray diffraction studies show that films are polycrystalline in nature and have hexagonal wurtzite structure. These films are found to show (002) preferential growth at low Indium concentrations. An increase in Indium concentration does change the crystalline quality of films but higher intensity of films are found for higher Indium concentrations. Moreover, UV-VIS spectroscopy shows the influence of Indium incorporation on the visible range absorbance of ZnO. The optical band gap depends upon Indium doping and is found to be 3.75 for pure ZnO and 3.89 for Fe doped ZnO thin film. The PL spectrum of the samples shows blue emission.
The present study is undertaken in order to investigate the influence of addition of cadmium (Cd)... more The present study is undertaken in order to investigate the influence of addition of cadmium (Cd) with decreasing at.wt. % of Tellurium (Te) at constant at wt% of Selenium (Se) on the optical properties of the Te 90-x Se 10 Cd x (x = 0, 10, 20). Optical Studies of the metal doped chalcogenide prepared by melt quenching method from 99.999% pure elements has been reported. XRD pattern reveals that as-prepared and thermally annealed chalcogenide alloys show polycrystalline nature and a combination of hexagonal and cubic phase. Average crystal size observed by Scherrer's formula for as-prepared and thermally annealed sample S1, S2, S3 of Te 90-xSe10Cdx (x=0, 10, 20) are 22.83, 33.86 ,29.58 nm and 21.51,49.27,46.34 nm respectively. FESEM images of the sample S1, S2, and S3 are uniform which shows the presence of some micro-crystallites of the synthesised material. Spectral dependence of the absorption spectra recorded in the range of 200 – 1000 nm for as-prepared and thermally annealed samples in normal wavelength scanning mode is shown by UV-Visible spectroscopy. Crystal size and optical band gap(Eg) of the as-prepared and thermally annealed sample increases while dislocation density, absorption coefficient of each sample decrease with increasing Cd% in the sample. The luminescence intensity of as-prepared sample S3 (20% of Cd) is much more than its annealed sample at 330 nm excitation wavelength. The predominant literature on the subject of gender has succeeded in portraying women as the target of such types of discrimination. It can be seen everywhere in the society be it public or private sphere. In fact, school is one of the important agents of gender socialization which plays a significant role in shaping the gender roles of school children. Thus, the practice and promotion of gender discrimination in school curriculum and textbooks through projection of gender biased roles and professions both in the public and private spheres have severe consequences in the society at large. It negatively encourages both girls and boys to take up the stereotypical positions constructed for them by these teaching aids. In this context, the study critically examines and analyzes the pictures and the language shown in the posters and charts that have been used in schools as one of the important teaching aids for centuries. The posters, charts and the other teaching materials both in Hindi and English medium were selected and reviewed for the study. Identifying gender biased language, gender stereotyping and construction of gender roles are central to the study. The study observes that still the existing new teaching aids are showing gender inequalities. Thus, the study suggests that a gender inclusive curriculum is the need of present era in order to shape and promote positive gender socialization, which advocates gender equality.
In this work, we report on computational studies of a novel optoelectronically important chromoph... more In this work, we report on computational studies of a novel optoelectronically important chromophore 2-(4-((E)-2-(5-((E)-4-(5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazol-2-yl) styryl) thiophen-2-yl) vinyl)-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl) 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole (3TPO). Density functional theory (DFT) and time dependant density functional theory (TD-DFT) computations were carried out to demonstrate various intramolecular interactions that cause the stabilization of the compound leading to its optoelectronic applications. The solvation effects were tested using integral equation formalism for the polarizable continuum model (IEF-PCM) model. The highest occupied molecular orbital energy (HOMO), lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy (LUMO), the energy gap, ground and excited state dipole moments, chemical hardness (η), softness (σ), electronegativity (χ) and chemical potential (μ c) were estimated with the help of frontier molecular orbitals. It is observed that the experimental results agree well with the computed values.

Thirty random raw milk samples were collected from dairy owners from 30 different regions of Dehradun. A total number of 30 samples were analyzed for physical appearance, quality and microbial infection. 90% of milk samples were white in appearance and 10% of the samples were yellow in appearance. The pH range varies from 6.7-6.9. Microbial Count was determined by Std.Plate Count (SPC) as per BIS Std and compared with the standard chart of microbiological quality of raw milk .Out of 30 samples 79% of raw milk were found in the Category of Good quality, 11% of milk were of average quality and 10% were of the Poor quality .Microbial Characterization by Gram's staining technique, motility test and biochemical test revealed that all the 30 sample were Containing E.coli, 26 samples were Containing Klebsiella Species and Lactobacillus Species respectively, 21 were Containing S.aureus,15 were Containing Salmonella Species and 25 were containing other bacterial strains .The present study concludes that microbial contamination in raw milk is increasing very fast in Dehradun region and it is responsible for poor health of citizens. The measures should be adopted to reduce contamination which will cause positive impact on the health of individuals.

The study has been conducted among the Five (5) Teachers of Government College (Boys), Mianwali, Government Degree College, Kalabagh, District Mianwali and Government College Township, Lahore to determine the obstacles in teaching English to large classes. This study has shown certain obstacles i.e. teaching and learning difficulties as well as discipline conditions due to the existence of large classes. The study has recommended the suggestions to improve this condition.

It is around12.1 % of our GDP. To change this practice of cash circulation a sudden move has taken by our honorable Prime Minister Mr. Modi on November 8, 2016 regarding demonetization of two highest currency denominations of our country. This initiative brings lot of repercussions in our economy. This move is taken to support cashless economy & to put a check on black currency in our circulation. Due to this step our GDP went down to 7.1% in the last quarter of 2016 comparison to 7.6% in earlier. Demonization removed 86% of our currency out of circulation. This incidence impacted almost all the sectors of our economy. That day biggest fall was observed in Indian equity market in comparison to other Asian market. Sensex went down by 3.8% & Nifty went down by around 1.3%. Apart of this there was a down ward trend observed in almost all the sectoral indices. It means all the sectors got affected by demonetization process. Some sectors have shown much impact in comparison to other like banking, auto, FMCG & reality got affected a lot comparison to other sectors. The experts all over the world predicted that due to this move Indian economy will go in somewhat depression. But now after six month after demonetization Indian share market is doing really well. Though GDP growth rate is somewhat down but share market is moving upward direction. Nifty moved up by around 12 % post demonetization. This shows strong fundamentals of our economy. All the domestic & foreign investors are putting their money in Indian equities. People have trust in strong growth of our economy that why they are putting their money in share market. Though unorganized sectors impacted a lot due to cash crunch but there is no sluggish growth in major sectors of our economy due to this move. It has further supported the vision of cashless society in our nation.

This paper aims to decipher how GST will work in favour of making the Make in India initiative a success and at the same time provide a level playing field for foreign investors. This paper will help in analyzing the impact of GST on attracting FDI in India and how it will help in making India's initiative related to FDI a success.
