I was a storm cloud for halloween and my husband was a Weatherman. Everything was made with items from Michaels and Amazon. My cloud headpiece I made with polyester stuffing (I died some of it grey) and put flashing LED lights with a battery pack behind it so it looked like a storm. This costume was fun and easy to make. Start with a white large rectangular bin lid. Cut a hole for your head to hold it up and then start adding the battery led string lights, beads and silver foam balls, then pillow stuffing. Next spray paint a few shades of grey and top w silver.
