Avoid. I had an awfull experience buying rugby tickets. Officials advise not to purchase tickets through the platform due to tickets being overpriced.
As I could not attend the event I tried to res
ell tickets on Viagogo. Fee was twice charged, to me and potential buyer. Tickets were guaranteed to arrive 4 hours before the event. The same tickets I tried to resell but I had to made them available 48 hours in advance. After that I was blocked and could not advertise them on Viagogo.
I received emails from various apps to create account to get tickets. So confusing process.
If you cannot buy from the official site, avoid Viagogo and other similar providers.

We bought 4 tickets from viagogo to FC Bayern München vs RB Leipzig. I got the tickets together as I requested five days before the match day. Everything was great. Thanks Viagogo.

Avoid at all costs. Purchased a ticket, followed all the instructions in downloading the AXS app, received a confirmation that my tickets had transferred to the app, went to the venue, found there was no tickets in my app. The gig was starting in 10 minutes and I tried to contact them but their website said their phone lines were business hours only, and when I tried their online contact form it said my email and order reference didn't match so I couldn't submit it. I complained after the gig via the web chat, which took me 5 days as the gig was 21 December and I got distracted by Christmas, and they said they could not help me as it had taken me too long to get in touch. Wow! So you fail to deliver the item I paid you for and the time it takes for me to complain means you have no responsibility? I hope this company goes out of business because it gave me two awful customer experiences.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We bought tickets to the Paul McCartney concert in London with viagogo. At no time did they say that they didn't actually have tickets and kept us on tenterhooks until after the show had started, telling us all the time that they would be coming. Yes, we got our money back but since we came specially to London from abroad for the concert, we were very upset and annoyed. They even offered us a discount on our next purchase which we declined as we have no intention of ever dealing with them again. Why they are at the very top of the Google search engine for tickets when they have such bad reviews I have no idea.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they just resale tix from third parties and you cannot get a refund. They charge a fee above what the parking actually is. Total rip off you can self park in vegas for 25$ and they will charge you 56$. I am disputing it with my bank. Screw them!!

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with Viagogo regarding my purchase of tickets for the Luis Miguel concert on November 10, 2024. I ordered specific tickets, but the ones I received were completely different and incorrect. To make matters worse, I only received the tickets one day before the event, giving me no time to resolve the issue beforehand.

Despite promptly reporting the problem immediately after the event, Viagogo refused to provide a refund, citing their policy that claims must be made before or on the day of the event. This is unreasonable, as I reported the issue at the earliest possible moment given the circumstances.

The company offered only a 25% voucher as compensation, which is unacceptable given the significant inconvenience and the fact that I could not enjoy the event as planned. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, repeatedly avoiding taking accountability for their failure to deliver the correct tickets.

I would strongly advise against using Viagogo. Their lack of transparency, poor customer support, and unwillingness to resolve legitimate issues make them an unreliable and frustrating service. Buyer beware—you may not get what you paid for, and don’t expect any meaningful resolution if things go wrong.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Trust the negative reviews the good ones are fake ones from the company itself. The worst customer service on earth and they will not give you your tickets

First experience of viagogo

(1) First time using viagogo as I could not get tickets to the 2NE1 Singapore concert, so was worried about scams, etc. Turned out I got a great seat to the concert and everything went as planned, so would likely use viagogo again.
(2) The money-back guarantee provides some peace of mind and I appreciate how, for some concerts, there is an explicit caveat from viagogo that the tickets being resold may not be transferable. Transparency is always appreciated.
(3) Would be great if viagogo can publicize what checks they have in place (if any) to ensure that tickets being resold are genuine. This would give added assurance and peace of mind to the buyer, not having to worry about being denied entry at the concert venue. (I was worried up till the ticket scanner turned green!)
(4) Also appreciated the reminder email from viagogo on the day of the concert itself.

It was an easy process

It was an easy process. I got the tickets about 2 weeks before the match. I didn’t know how to get the included meal, so I reached out to the customer service. They helped to get the instructions before the match. It was smooth. Highly recommended!
