made 2 different bets on the 22nd of sep, won both of them and went to collect my reward the next day. scanned the first ticket and machine said that the docket was paid out. it was the first time me scanning the ticket, how is that possible, and then scanned the second one. i got my voucher from the machine (looks lıke this one is OK). i explained the situation to a customer assistant in the bookmaker. he talked to someone about my first docket and he said that 'it was paid out already yesterday'. i was at home the whole day. then I handed my reward voucher from the second bet. he talked to someone on the phone and said to me that 'now this voucher is suspended.' without a reason. i called customer service on the same day and a guy on the phone said that someone would be calling me next day. no one called... i called them back and asked why i did not get called. they said i was called which i did not. anyway. they said that they checked the CCTV and said that i was the one who collected the money which is impossible, i was at home, watching games. now, they are telling me to send my id and proof of address to their care address. how could you expect me to someone who does not do their job properly? they cannot even track a phone call.
