Frontieres d'efficacite et processus d'appariement sur le marche du travail au Maroc

Abstract
La capacite d'un marche du travail a generer de nouveaux emplois a partir d'un stock donne de postes vacants et de chomeurs est interpretee comme une forme d'efficacite transactionnelle. Elle peut etre mesuree a partir de l'estimation d'une fonction d'appariement qui decrit la situation d'echange entre la demande, exprimee par les firmes, et l'offre, representee par les travailleurs a la recherche d'un emploi. Dans cet article nous proposons l'utilisation des techniques des frontieres d'efficacite pour ces estimations.
