Konjunkturbeurteilungen wieder skeptischer. Ergebnisse der Quartalsbefragung des WIFO-Konjunkturtests vom Juli 2024

Abstract
Im Juli überwogen wieder die skeptischen Konjunktureinschätzungen. Indexrückgänge zeigten sich vor allem in den Lageeinschätzungen und nach Branchen in den Dienstleistungen und im Einzelhandel. Sachgütererzeuger sind nach wie vor besonders skeptisch gestimmt. Die Kapazitätsauslastung ging in allen Sektoren zurück und die Unsicherheit stieg im Quartalsvergleich leicht an. Der "Mangel an Nachfrage" gewann als Hemmnis der Geschäftstätigkeit weiter an Gewicht und war im Juli in allen Sektoren das meistgenannte Hindernis.
