Abstract
Customers, competition and change have created a new world of business and is becoming increasingly clear that organizations designed to operate in an environment can not only be adjusted to work well in another. One of the most challenging work cultures for an organization is an authentic teamwork – based environment. Changes in the structure of the Romanian companies call for a focus on teams, because they are able to assume continuity, flexibility and long – lasting performance. Developing a team requires hard work and responsibility lies with the organization, manager or team leader, and each team member.
