Draining people

Everyone doesn’t need access to you. Some people are draining and they don’t know it. You are allowed to say no.

It’s ok to admit to yourself that you feel drained, and you don’t have to add guilt to that. But once you recognize and honor your feelings, you need to take steps to help manage the situations and interactions so you can protect your mental health and relationships.
