54K views · 6.6K reactions | The perfect holiday treat using @ponofoodsco Check the link in my bio to get your own bottle Ingredients For the soy butter sauce: 1 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup karo syrup 2/3 cup canola oil 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3-4 Dashes of tapatio (or hot sauce of your choice) 2-3 cups each Himemaru Japanese crackers Rice Chex Corn Chex Bugles Hanover Square pretzels Honeycombs Crispix Macadamia nuts (optional) Nonstick cooking spray 1 bottle @ponofoodsco furikake (silica packet removed) 1. Preheat the oven to 250°. Spray a large roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add in all the cereals, crackers, pretzels, and nuts if using. 2. In a small pot over medium heat, melt butter and add in sugar. Stir to combine and add oil, Karo syrup and mix to combine until sugar is dissolved. Raise heat to medium high and stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until it begins to bubble, 2-3 minutes. 3. Coat Chex mix with sauce and mix thoroughly. Place pan in oven and heat 10 minutes. 4. After 10 minutes, remove pan from oven and mix in bottle of furikake. Mix well and put back in oven. Stir the furikake Chex mix every 10 minutes for one hour. 5. Remove from oven and mix again and let cool. Eat and enjoy! #furikakechexmix #foodreels #reelfood | Vince Vasquez
