Fighting Back Against Parkinson’s Disease

Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) changes the trajectory of Parkinson’s disease. This program’s evidence-based exercise curriculum is specifically designed to impact the symptoms and slow the progression of the disease. RSB is more than just an exercise program—it’s a worldwide community fighting back together.

RSB classes at Holland Aquatic Center are offered by Rock Steady Boxing West Michigan, LLC. Currently, classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30AM—11:30AM and 11:30AM—12:30PM in the Wellness Room. **The second class is dedicated for those using assistive devices or needing additional coach guidance.
