★出演のご案内★
来る、4/16オープニングセレモニー週間のスターターとして当団体の主宰、大塚ヒロタが、イタリアの古典である仮面即興喜劇「コメディア・デラルテ」のパフォーマンスを行います。
「コメディア・デラルテ」は、最古の職業演劇と言われており生涯一つの役を演じるドタバタ劇として16世紀中ごろにイタリアで発祥したと言われております。
この度は、主宰の大塚が、師匠のアントニオ・ファーヴァ氏より学んだガブリエリアーナ（1人で何役を演じ分ける）という手法で、観客を楽しませる舞台となっております。
舞台上にマスクや衣装、小道具を置き、それらを役者が付け替えるいわゆる「見せ転換」で次々にキャラクターを演じ分けます。
また、もとはお捻りをいただくスタイルゆえ、お客様に問いかけたり、時にはお客様を舞台上にあげて即興で舞台を作り上げる大塚流の「コメディアデラルテ」のお披露目となります。

古代ローマ時代の彫刻像「ファルネーゼのアトラス」の世界的な文化遺産や400年前に描かれた名画カラヴァッジョの「キリストの埋葬」が展示されているイタリア館の劇場で光栄にも私たちの「コメディア・デラルテ」を、楽しんでいただく時が来ました。

★Information on appearances★
Our group’s leader, Otsuka Hirota, will perform the Italian classic masked improvisation comedy “Commedia dell’arte” as the starter of the opening ceremony week on April 16th.
“Commedia dell’arte” is said to be the oldest professional theater, and is said to have originated in Italy in the mid-16th century as a slapstick comedy in which an actor plays only one role for the rest of his life.
This time, the group will entertain the audience with the Gabrieliana technique (where one person plays several different roles) that leader Otsuka learned from his master Antonio Fava.
Masks, costumes, and props will be placed on stage, and the actors will change them, playing different characters one after another in a so-called “show change.”
In addition, because the Otsuka style of “Commedia dell’arte” originally received tips from the audience, the show will feature Otsuka’s own style of “Commedia dell’arte,” in which the audience is asked questions and sometimes invited onto the stage to improvise.
The theme of the Italian Pavilion is “Art regenerates life.” Please enjoy this comedy that transcends language and cultural barriers, exaggerating the everyday to the level of art.
The Italian Pavilion’s theater is home to the world-famous Roman sculpture “Atlas of the Farnese” and the 400-year-old masterpiece “The Burial of Christ” by Caravaggio, and we are honored to have you enjoy our “Commedia dell’arte.”

テアトロコメディア・デラルテ主宰・俳優
2002 年より NY で演劇を学び、コメディア・デラルテと出会いイタリアに渡る。帰国後、テアトロコメディア・デラルテを立ち上げ、毎年、新作を発表している。
2022 年には、大地の芸術祭に招聘され、越後妻有「上郷クローブ座」にて『北越米出屋』を上演。
近年は、ワークショップや大学での講義、子供公演やオペラの演技指導にも取り組んでいる。
2025年度より東京大学教育学部・大学院教育学研究科非常勤講師として務める。
また、俳優として映像作品でも活動の場を広げている。映画『北浦兄弟』『おーい!どんちゃん』『月』、ドラマ NHK『宙渡る教室』Disney+『ガンニバル』 、シーズン1.2 TBSスペシャルドラマ『グランメゾン東京』、CM google Genini等がある。
Profile
Teatro Commedia dell'Arte Director and Actor
He studied theater in New York from 2002, encountered Commedia dell'Arte and went to Italy. After returning to Japan, he founded Teatro Commedia dell'Arte and has been presenting new works every year.
In 2022, he was invited to the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale and performed "Hokuetsu Yonedeya" at the Kamigo Clove Theater in Echigo-Tsumari.
In recent years, he has been working on workshops, university lectures, and acting instruction for children's performances and opera.
He will serve as a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Education and Graduate School of Education at the University of Tokyo from 2025.
He has also expanded his field of activities as an actor to include video works. His appearances include the films "Kitaura Brothers," "Oi! Don-chan," and "Moon," the dramas NHK's "Sora Wataru Kyoushitsu" and Disney+'s "Gannibal," the TBS special drama "Grand Maison Tokyo" in season 1.2, and the commercial google Genini.
