surfing the internet looking for other recipe,came across this korean bread looking at the recipe all the ingredients I have and found that is so easy use manual hand whisk.go ahead with it.
KOREA EGG BREAD (GYERAN BBANG)
source; frozen wing
Ingredients;make 4
50g self raising flour
1 small egg
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
some melted butter for greasing the muffin pan
For the filling
4 egg
some chop spring onion
some chop ham.
salt,black pepper
somr dried parsley
Method;
In a mixing bowl,add in flour,sugar ,salt stir to mix well, in a small bowl,add in the egg and milk,slightly beaten and add in to the flour mixture,stir with a fork to a batter with no lump.
2.grease the muffin pan with melted butter.pour the batter to fill 1/3 of each muffin hole.
3.crack an egg into each cup sprinkle some chop onion,chop ham,blackpepper powder and parsley and bake in a preheat oven at 180 degree to 200c for 10 -15 minutes.

HOMEMADE TORTILLA
This tortilla recipes is much better from my previous post.the recipes is for keep,the texture when cool it still soft even till the next day.Just simple ingredient,make your choice of filling and toppings.
the recipes is from blog" just try and taste".thank for the recipes.My tortilla is not round enough.It really take some pratice to better round one.
HOMEMADE TORTILLA
200g plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
125ml of warm water
Method;
prepare a bowl,put in all ingredients,stir and knead until smooth,if dough is sticky add a little flour
only,knead aand blended.divide the dough into 8 pcs each about 40g. ball.cover with clean cloth,rest for 15 minutes.(add the water slowly)
sprinkle the surface of the table and wooden rolling pin dust lightly with flour.take a ball and roll into a disc with a diameter of about 18-20cm.( your prefer how big or small the circle).dust the surface table with flour every pieces you roll.(dust the flour lightly).
heat a non stick flat pan using the lower heat.heat the tortilla until the suface appear air buble,press it down and flip over and heat for a few second.doing the same with the rest od the dough.wrap the tortilla with a cloth to keep them soft

BREAD WRAP WITH SLICE CHEESE AND HOT DOG
It is simple and easy way to make this sandwhich white bread wrap with cheddar slices and hot dog.
There is another version of doing this wrap white bread.After wrapping dip in a bowl of beaten egg and coated with breadcrumb and deep fry.You can make in advance and put it in a container and kept in the fridge.Take out the bread the next morning and deep fry it for breakfast.
BREAD WRAP WITH SLICE CHEESE AND HOT DOG
Ingredients;
1 pkt of black pepper hot dog
1/2 loaf white bread
1 pkt.of slices cheddar cheese
2 tbps flour mix with 1 tbsp of water (use as glue)
Method;
1.In a pan heat a tbsp of oil and put in the hot dog to pan fried till fragrant,dish out and put aside.
2.Use a rolling pin to flatten every pieces of bread and trim off the crust.
3.Take a pieces of flatten bread put a slice of cheddar cheese,top with a pieces of hot dog ,the bottom edges of bread apply the flour starch and roll up,so that it will stick together.Trim off both end extra hot dog .
4.In a pan of hot oil,put in the wrapped bread to fry till golden brown.(when oil is hot,lower the heat to medium low to fry)I use pan fried.Remember to keep turning the bread to get even brown.

FOUGASSE
I love the leaf shape and decided to make for breakfast.I do not have thyme and basil leaf. I replaced it with mixed dried. herb. The blog have lot of nice bread recipe.

Ingredients A;
200g bread flour
50g plain flour
10g caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast
150g water
10g unsalted butter
Ingredients B
1 red onion ( finely chop and stir fry with salt to soften)
2 slices bacon ( finely chopped and stir fry until crisp and golden)
100g cheddar cheese ( diced in small cubes 1 cm)
Ingredients C
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 dried basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
Method;
1.Mix ingredients A except butter with a dough hook until everything form into a dough.add in the butter and continue the kneading process until a smooth dough.
2.Let it proof for 60 min while you prepare B an C.Fry the onion soften and the bacon until crisp and golden brown then set aside to cool.cut the cheddar cheese in small cubes.Mix all the prepared ingredients b together and divide into 7 portions. Mix ingredients C in another small bowl except the olive oil .
3.Divide the douh into seven portion and fill each dough with mixre B shape hem into small ball.let them rest for 10 min.
4.Roll out each dough into oval shape and cut a few strips on the flatten dough.brush th dough with the olive oil and sprinkle over some ingrdients C.
5.proof for about 20 min and bake at 200c peheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes,

PLAIN WHITE BREAD
Making this plain white bread was a success for me. when i saw lot of blog doing this plain white bread inspire me to make my own bread. it was not diffcult to make.I followed the blog recipe to make.
PLAIN WHITE BREAD

Ingredients;A
220g bread flour
3g yeast
130 ml water
Ingredients B
60g bread flour
15g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
10g milk powder
40g water
Ingredients;C
unsalted butter 15 g
method;
1.Knead ingredients A together until is well combined and because dough ball.let it sit in a clean bowl cover with cling wrap proof for 90 minutes at room temperature.
2.Mix in the ingredients;B to A and knead until smooth dough then add butter.
3.Continue to knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.Proof for 60 minutes.
4.divide the dough in to 3 portion and rest for 10 min.
5.roll out each dough into a longish shape and roll up like swiss roll.place the dough in a grease bread tin cover with lid and proof for 50 to 60 minutes until the dough fill up 90% of the bread tin.
6.Bake at 200 c for 30 minutes.Remove the bread from the bread tin and cool on a wire rack.

BUTTER CHEESE BUN
Make some bread for tea time and breakfast.I followed another bread recipe.I used cheddar cheese slice ,my youngest son favourite.He love to eat cheese,yoghurt,fresh milk.you have to test your instant yeast whether is still active or not..put a tsp of yeast and 1tbsp warm water,after a short while,seen bubbles appear,prove it is still active,can use right away.
BUTTER BUN DOUGH
Ingredients (A)
500g hight protein flour
7g salt
80g caster sugar
8 g instant yeast
Ingredients(B)
250g cold fresh milk
1nos(50g) egg
Ingredients (C)
60g butter
Method;
1.combine all ingredients(A) i the electric mixer with dough hook at low speed,blend together for 1 minute.add in fresh milk,mix on medium speed to developthe dough for 3-4 minutes
2.put in butter and continue mixing for 8-10 minutes until the dough is fully developed.
3.remove the dough on the table,round up the dough and placed into a greased pot or container to rise in a warm place for 1 hour until dough in bulk.
Butter cheese bun
Ingredients;
1/2 portion butter bun dough
1 no eg (beaten)
100g butter (cubed)
4-6 cheese slice(cut each into 2)
80g caster sugar
Method;
1.Divide the dough into 60g pieces,round up the dough and rest for 5 minute.
2.Press down and roll each dough out with a rolling pin.Place in a piece of butter,gently with the tips of your fingers fold in the dough to form into oval shapes.arrange on a greased baking tray,prove
the dough for 1 hour.
3.brush dough with beaten egg and top with cheese slice,sprinkle with some sugar.bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 12-13 minutes until glossy and golden brown.remove and cool on a wire rack.

HOT DOG BUN
My young son requested me to make homemade bread for quite sometimes.since I have the times,Just
bought a packet of hot dog sausages,butter,a kilo of high protein flour.He prefect homemake bread.
HOT DOG BUN
BASIC SWEET BUN DOUGH
Ingredients;
A: 400g high protein flour,sift
100g low protein flour,sifted ( I used all purpose flour)
10g milk powder
100 castor sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 egg
220ml fresh milk / (or water )
B; 75g butter
Method;
1.put all ingredients A into a bowl and mix into a smooth dough.Slowly add in water until the dough won't stick your hand,(remember,not too soft or hard dough ,sometimes it won't use 220ml water ,maybe less)
2.Add B and continue to knead until gluten has developed and it can be strectched into a very thin
layer.( Take a lump of dough use your hand to stretched into thin layer,If you cannot strectched into
thin layer,knead again until you get the thin layer.)
3.Cover with a pcs damp cloth and leave to rise until it doubles in bulk.( about an hour).
4 .punch down and knead again until smooth.
5.divide into desired portions and shape into bun.
Shaping the bun
1.Divide dough into 60gm each.shape into rounds.leave to rest for 5 min.
2.flatten the dough into long shape.place a pieces of hot dog in the middle of the dough.cut five lines on the right and left sides of the dough.
Fold the left part to the right and fold the right part to the left to make pliated pattern.Place the
dough onto the baking tray.leave to rest for 35 mins or till double in size.
3.Brush with some egg and bake at 190c in the middle of the oven for 10-15 mins or till golden brown.

BANANAS BREAD
I search internet for this bananas recipes,I decided to make this one after reading the comment
everyone comment was very good.This is the best banana bread recipes.,is easy to follow, quick and absolutely delicious.Today hubby 's brother gave some bananas,not ripe yet,.I told my hubby I want
to make this bananas bread again.This bananas bread is very moist and tasty delicious.This time l am going to reduce the sugar and add some walnut to it.The recipes was from blog "simply recipes"

BANANAS BREAD
Ingredients;
3 or 4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar (3/4 cup)
1 egg beaten
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Method;
no need for a mixer for this recipes
.preheat the oven to 175C,Mashed the bananas in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.
Mix in the sugar,egg and vanilla,sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
Add the flour last,mix pour mixture into a buttered 4'x8' loaf pan.bake for 1 hour.Cool on rack.
Remove from pan and slice to serve.

CREAM PUFFS
Flipping through a filed of recipe from the cut out magazine.I came across this cream puffs,reading
through a few times and decided to make for my children tea time.The given custard filling was not a success,throw away and I recooked and success.The given recipe the custard powder is less and thinking for quite a while,it must be the problem lies with the custard powder and add a few more tbsp,it was a success Taste nice and ate a few.
CREAM PUFFS
Custard filling;
3 egg yolks
6tbsp custard powder
70g sugar
600ml fresh milk
1.Make custard.Whisk egg yolks,custard powder and sugar together with 4 tbsp of milk.Heat remaining milk until very hot,then graduallywhisk into egg mixture.pour mixture back into pot and continue whisking over medium low heat until custard boils and thickens.cook 1 minute more,then pour into a bowl and allow to cool completely. (adjust just how thick you want your custard to be by controlling your cooking time.)
Choux pastry;
250 ml water
125 g unsalted butter
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
150g plain flour,sifted
4 eggs ( medium size)
1 egg white
2.Make pastry.Bring water,butter,sugar and salt to a full boiling a tightly covered pot over medium heat.Pour all the flour in at once. Reduce heat to low and beat with a large wooden spoon;dough
will form a ball.Cook for 2 more minutes.Beat in eggs one by one,then egg whites,don't worry if
dough look uneven,keeping beating and it will smoothen out.
3.Preheat oven to 220C.Line baking sheets with well greasedfoil. Pipe or spoon choux pastry into small mould, about 1 tbsp each,spaced 2 cm apart.Bake for 5 minutes.Reduce heat 180c and bake
for 15 minutes.Remove puffs from oven,cut a small slit in each with a knife,and return to oven.Bake 10-15 minutes more. Transfer puffs to a rack and let cool
4.Once cooled,halve each puff and fill with custard filling.serve immediately
Notes;make about 25-30.when in the oven the cream puff flatten,don;t worry,turn the oven temperature back to 220c for few more minutes.

FOCACCIA BREAD
This is my first attempted to make this focaccia bread. I read quite a few blog and decided to use blog from maomao mom quite easy to make.
FOCACCIA BREAD
Ingredients;
1.1 cup &1 tbsp lukewarm water ( 225g), 1/2 tsp sugar,1.5 tsp instant yeast
2.2 1/4 cup unsifted all purpose flour (360g),1/4 tsp salt
3.2 tbsp olive oil
Topping
4.1/2 tsp thyme,1/2 tsp rosemary ,1/6 tsp ground black pepper,2.5 tbsp freshly minced garlic,1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tbsp olive oil
Direction
1.place all ingredients 1 in a container,mix well and let it stand for 10 min.Measure flour and salt of ingredients 2 in a medium size bowl.pour in the yeast water mixture form the soft dough.Add 1.5 tbsp olive oil and knead the dough for about 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.rub 0.5tbsp olive oil on the top.cover with a damp cloth then set aside in a warm place.
2.when the dough doubles in volume,spread 1 tbsp olive oil in the bottom of the baking tray.place the dough inside the baking tra and press it out to cover the tray.Dimple the bread with your thumb.cover with plastic wrap and let it stand in a warm place for 30-45 min
3.preheat oven at 180c.sprinkle evenly all ingredients 4on top and drizzle 2-3 tbsp olive oil.
4.bake for 20- 325 min until the top turns golden,let it cool for 3-4 min,then transfer it onto a rack to cool for a few minutes before serving.

SARDINE ROLL
I learned this recipe when i was in form 2 taking homescience class. The homescience teacher divided us into a team consists of two pupil. The home science teacher conduct to us how to make this shortcrust pastry and each team back to our space to make this pastry and bake it.when the class is over,the pastry is till not cook.we stay to bake until is cooked and we missed the schoolbus.we went home by public transport.you can use your own shortcrust pastry to make to make this roll
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
200g flour
pinch of salt
100g oil or butter
30to 60 ml water,adjust yourself
sardine filling:
1 small sardine,mashed with a fork
1big onion,peel,sliced and chop
1 fresh chilli,chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
mix all the filling ingredients together.
Method; for the pastry
1.sift flour together with salt,rub fat to form a breakcrumb like mixture,add water and mix thoroughly with a palette knife.
2.form a dough which should be soft but not sticky.knead the dough carefully,then leave in the fridge to set.
3.grease 2 baking sheet,roll out the pastry to an oblong pieces.cut 8 cm x5cm.piece.trim the edges with a knife.
4.place the prepared filling close to the edges.Brush edged with some water.
5.fold the pastry over the filling to the edges and press lightly to seal..6
brush with some beaten eg and sore tops with a knife.
6.bake in oven 170c for 30 min or until cook.

BASIC SWEET BUN DOUGH
Quite often I use to buy bread from bakery 's shop. The bread is very soft,have to take two or three,then you can fill full.I try to make my own bread using Agnes cook book.when the bread out of the oven,it was a success to me.i will make more bread in future.
BASIC SWEET BUN DOUGH
Ingredients:A
400g high protein flour,sifted
100g low protein flour,sifted
1 tsp bread improver,Optional ( I omitted)
10 g milk powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
100g castor sugar
1 egg 220 ml water
Ingredients: B
75 g butter
Method;
1.put all ingredients A into a bowl and mix into a smooth dough.
2.Add B and continue to knead until gluten has developed and it can be stretched into a very thin layer.
3.Cover with a pcs of damp cloth and leave to rise until it doubles in bulk
4.Punch down and knead again until smooth.
5.Divide into desired portions and shape into balls.
6.arrange them onto greased pan and 1 cm apart until fill.
7.cover with a damp cloth and leave aside to rise until all the have expanded and join together to fill up the whole baking pan.
8.Glaze with a beaten and baked in a preheated oven at 180deg. for about 20 min until cooked and golden brown.
9.Remove from oven,brush with melted butter to give the buns the shine.
10.leave to cool before removing buns from the baking pan.

In the supermarket ,tuck in a corner there is a bakery shop, I use to buy bread from there,I saw packet
of tortilla sold quite expensive.I never bought any. I surf the internet looking for this recipes.I found a few recipes.Never thought it was so easy and cheap to make our own
FLOUR TORTILLAS

Ingredients;
3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
4 tbsp shortening/lard/or olive oil
1 cup hot water
Method:
1.Thoroughly mix the dry ingredients, then cut in the shortening with you finger or with a fork.
2.Add enough water to make a stiff dough,then turn out onto floured surface and knead the dough for about 10 min or until smooth and elastic.
3.Divide into balls.Dust your surface with a bit of flour and use a rolling pin,roll into circles,making them as big as possible.
4.In a heavy wok over medium high heat,cook the first side about 15 second,then flip and cook for another 10 more second then turn one more time and check that the bubbles have coloured.
5.Dish onto a muslin cloth and cover to keep warm.makes about 1 dozen depend how big you want.

Use some bread that you left only three to four pieces or near expired date,make use of it, Its is simple
and easy method and after you deep fry it. Can spread some honey on it.
