Few bands can top the powerpop hitmakers extraordinaire formed in Rockford, Illinois, in 1973 - Cheap Trick. The exclusion from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame of Robin Zander, Rick Nielsen, Bun E. Carlos and Tom Petersson thus far is inexplicable. But even if the Rock Hall doesn't acknowledge their greatness, Cleveland music fans certainly do.
