Recipe:

7-8 Potatoes (Pahadi Aloo, Don’t use New Aloo)
Oil for frying
1 Tsp Salt
pinch of turmeric powder
1.5 Tsp Corriander powder
1.5 Tsp Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala/ Aamchur powder
2-3 Green chillies (optional)
Fresh corriander
1/2 Lemon

If you are taking Large potato cut that into three pieces as shown in the video and if your potato is medium size, Cut it into half.

For First fry, Flame should be on medium and oil shouldn’t be very hot. Here we gonna cook the potatoes from inside. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Use knife to check if it’s cooked from inside.
