2012 elections
[edit | edit source]Dem first vote give am to go to Parliament during de 2012 Ghanaian general election as member of Parliament for de Sene West Constituency wey dey insyd de Bono East Region for Ghana. During de elections, he poll 12,511 votes out of de 19,504 valid votes cast wey edey rep 64.14%.[5]
2016 elections
[edit | edit source]He san contest again for de 2016 Ghanaian general elections den poll 10,229 votes wey edey make 51.86% for de total votes cast wey de NPP parliamentary candidate Joseph Mackay Kumah get 8,747 wey dey make 44.3% for de total votes cast, de PPP parliamentary candidate Dramani Manu get 565 votes wey edey rep 2.9% for de total votes den de CPP parliamentary candidate Daniyawu Mohammed get 184 votes wey edey rep 0.9% for de total votes cast.[6]

[edit | edit source]Ampofo work as de managing director for Premier Pharmaceuticals from 2006 go 2012.He san work as de Assistant managing director for Ghana Oil Premier Pharmaceuticals from 2003 go 2006. He job plus Ghana Education Service from 1993 go 1995 as teacher.[2] He san be de Deputy Minister of Education before.[9] Rydee, he be member of parliament give de Sene West Constituency (from 2012 to date).
