We ordered caviar for the New Year (our family tradition is to eat sandwiches with caviar). Delivery was on time and the caviar was packed well in a mini-fridge. We received the caviar frozen and the ice briquette was not yet melted. Very high quality delivery. At the same time, it was 60 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The taste is excellent. The eggs are elastic and pleasant to the taste. Thank you.

Coho Salmon caviar currently my favorite.Very interesting taste and appearance.I didn't have time to take a picture, we ate everything, mb. next time.
Package arrived in time and frozen with dry ice inside. Two trays of Salmon Roe still frozen. Labeled with date of 2023 harvest. After defrosting first tray we removed all roe to other container. Plastic container becomes deformed. The taste was perfect not to salty and without fishy smell. I am always buying Salmon Roe from Global Sea Food company. Never been disappointed.
