This PR enables syncing roles/groups and between discord roles and keycloak groups
Thanks to the work of @NotActuallyTerry and @pierrearma
I just stiched it together and updated it to latest version
It seems it also contains a maven CI build file, I thought this one was already here. I have used this to build my artifact, and it works great!
