Adds debug = true to the [profile.release] section in fuzz/Cargo.toml. This enables generation of backtraces with function names and line numbers when fuzzing discovers crashes, instead of just memory addresses. Fixes uutils#5343

This looks like noise. Fuzz has its own workspace, so it can't affect sort performance. The 1.5ms difference is typical for CI runners. All benchmarks actually passed. |

When fuzzing discovers crashes, backtraces only show memory addresses like
0xc03481instead of function names and line numbers. Makes debugging really hard.This adds
debug = trueto the release profile infuzz/Cargo.toml. Now backtraces will include 8000 symbols while keeping the release optimizations.Fixes #5343
