Description of the change

Added support for items per minute. The user can set it via rollbar.SetItemsPerMinute(...) setter

Consider adding itemsPerMinute to configuredOptions:

If there's a support ticket related to this feature, this allows support team and escalation engineers to see what was set in related occurrences.
