Proposed change

#148239 adjusted the water tank binary sensor key without a migration. This reverts that changes and puts a test in place that would have caught this for binary sensors. In the future a new PR will be needed to clean up this sensor name and migration logic to move the data.

This is a bug in only the 2025.10 betas.
