scripts to manage horizontal slicing and merging of raw images captured with a 180 degree lens to generate a 3d equirectangular map for vr

3d360_sliver.py is for cropping the center of the raw images
>>> python 3d360_sliver.py [pix count] [src dir] [dest dir]

3d360_merge.py is for merging the slivered / sliced images
