I also believe that setting the GitHub Actions cache won't be dramatically faster However, it seems to be different with respect to the originally set cache path, coursier, has that been tested? https://get-coursier.io/docs/cache It seems to be |

This is just for testing build on GitHub Actions without cache because I felt that the build time is not much different regardless of the existence of cache.
