If float64 are Numeric, surely Integer for float32s is even more misleading than Numeric?

Replace relevant Numeric with Integer

If they are specified (ffi#1064) as `Integer`, support for arbitrary `Numeric` must be merely implementation quirks.
Erroneous `float32` replacements are not included. I’ve ported undos to ffi#1069.
