Description
This pull request implements the functionality for the Laser Pointer tool to detect and interact with hyperlinks on elements.
Previously, the laser pointer was only a visual aid and could not be used to click on anything. With these changes, a user can now open links while presenting, which improves the tool's utility and aligns with user expectations.
