This will look like this:

• Write GPSD library using the "pipes" library in Haskell
• Create an alternative to mapview-send called mapview-chasecar-send which does the same thing but also includes GPSD information in its websocket packets
• Factor out the commonalities between mapview-send and mapview-chasecar-send to reduce code duplication
• Add a "chasecar" mode to the frontend which makes it show GPSD stuff. Probably toggle-able by appending ?chasecar=1 or similar to the URL.
