Reason for Proposed Changes

• The current implementation verifies if the field Enabled inside NodeToNodeEncryptionOptions block is defined to false in the following way:
  not resource.NodeToNodeEncryptionOptions.Enabled == true
• It should make this verification by using the helper function isCloudFormationTrue from KICS CloudFormation library, in order to verify all the scenarios.

Proposed Changes

• Changed the query in order to use the helper function.
