Package the new antlr-4.7.2-complete.jar with testing/data/JavaTools.jar (or maybe put it and the CUP tools there independently).

javatools.jar is deprecated, I created JLex-1.2.6.jar instead. The ANTLR jars should be downloaded from the original site, otherwise we will be repackaging here until Judgement Day.
