A set of GitHub actions to add additional metrics to Okay.

The Deploy Action will enable you to see deploy metrics within Okay (like Deploy Frequency).

The Link PR action will allow you to get Lead Time metrics (When combined with the Deploy action).

The custom event action allows you to send your own custom metrics (duration metrics in milliseconds, number/percentage metrics or count metrics).
