Palmades really Really REALLY wants to pet Princess Bonefucker. He has so many questions! What is she? Who made her? How?? “Thinking” is a VERY strong word for what Princess Bonefucker does with her brain. At the moment though, she’s laying on the floor with her head up, watching Cam and Pal bicker while Gideon brushes her mane and Harrow uses her as a couch (she might be pinned under a wing. It’s fine.). Various concepts ping about Princess’s brain like numbered balls in a Bingo Machine. Concepts like “ TWO people could be petting me” and “what is ham?” And “steal whatsherface’s shiny hair thingies” and “Why Am I Here? I was doing something?” And “Eat Someone.”

Sooner than later, one of those concepts will bounce into action and Things Will Happen :)

As much debate as there is about tone tags, 90% of the issues would be solved by just typing the word. Like instead of typing /gen or /hj you can just write (genuine) or (handjob) and you’ll be doing pretty much the exact same thing.

Of course I personally think it’s less awkward to use some rudimentary language skills to form actual sentences and phrases. They don’t even have to be complicated. Like “Genuine question, why are you doing that?” Or “I’m being serious. Stop that.” Or “I’m going to jerk you off now.”

I whole wholeheartedly agree with you on this matter OP. I do feel like it’s often forgotten in this discourse that tonetags originated on Twitter where they had to get around a constrictive character count for tweets. I think how we got here makes a lot more sense when you consider the process otherwise of trying to fit an entire handjob in 280 characters.

The works weren’t actually titled and were never intended for public display- they were discovered by the landlord, ripped off the walls, and titled by art historians later. For the purposes of this ask, let’s say everyone has been dragged to an art museum to see them in person (maybe they’re on tour):

Well, the TPOFATGIF cast are mostly 17-18 in 1995, the AEIWAM Karakura Kids are 16-17 in 2000, so all of the main cast would be 24-32 when it debuts in 2009, so it’s only going to be the terminally online adults and the youngest members of the cast that are involved enough in the Internet to get into Homestuck.

So, Mokuba isn’t into it but is aware of most of the lore by secondhand exposure, yuzu has probably dabbled in it but has other things she likes more, Karin is a MMORPG/Gamer dork who knows about Homestuck 100% for being able to yell targeted insults at her opponents over voice chat, Marik is a Karkat stan and in an embittered online rivalry/ERP with Nepeta stan Keigo. Marik is under the impression that Keigo is a girl and Keigo is not yet aware that Marik is correct.

She doesn’t really “chew” on bones like a dog does- those molars snap bones in half like an axe so she can eat them like kibble, and she’ll swallow the smaller ones whole.

She does always save the hands, feet and sternum for last though, because those have heaps of nice chewy connective tissue that she can lie down on and gnaw on for hours. Makes a really awful squelching sound and smells terrible.
