The Viking Way is a long-distance walking route in Lincolnshire. The trail stretches from the banks of the River Humber and runs through Lincoln, before ending in Rutland. The Viking Way is so named as it traverses the area occupied by Norse invaders in the 9th century.

The Lincolnshire Wolds are a range of low hills, which run parallel to the North Sea Coast. With rolling fields, hidden valleys and picturesque villages, this unspoilt stretch of countryside is home to some of the most beautiful scenery in the East Midlands.
