Ingredients and Method for Hyderabadi Dum ka Kheema! 🔥
500gms Kheema
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Cup Curd
Salt
-Mix well and Marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan, Add
2 Tbsp Peanuts - Roast for 2 mins, Then Add,
8-10 Almonds
2 Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
3 Green Cardamom
3 Cloves
1/2 Tsp Blackpepper corns
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
4-5 Dried Red Chillies
-Roast for 2 minutes then add,
1 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- When it turns golden, then add
2 Tbsp Poppy seeds
-Mix and switch off the flame and let the masalas cool- grind into a powder.
Now,
In a pot add 2 Tbsp Oil and 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well.
Add marinated kheema
