Thumbprint Ferris Wheel Kid Craft Idea w/free printable template

Cheryl and our neighbour Sean were bothering me to do some art and craft. Inspired by the recent trip to Genting Highlands, Sean suggested doing a Ferris wheel with a paper plate.
