For the past few years, starting in 2011, I have chosen a word at the beginning of January, and shared it visibly on my blog in hopes of using it to guide and define the upcoming months... a One Little Word . My words have been: begin, flourish, abundance, thrive and last year was wholehearted .

One-word tattoos are simple, unique, and fun. But most importantly, these tattoos can be a statement. Despite their tiny size, they create a tremendous visual impact that can easily catch the attention of the people around you. One-word tattoos are a great way to show the world who you are in one of the easiest and most meaningful ways. No wonder why they become a trend so quickly these days!

As you might've realized from our publications on the Facebook group 'What in the $20 wish tattoo machine is this?' or the 'That's It, I'm Inkshaming' group, sadly, subpar tattoos are pretty common. Which makes the good ones even more admirable.
