A tabletop Maypole!  You need:  1" thick dowel rod, 1 foot long. A wooden circle, 4" in diameter. Pieces of ribbon in various colors (red & white for the God and Goddess, any bright colors) 2 feet long, each. Use a hot glue gun to attach the dowel rod to the center of the wooden circle. Paint it if you like. Attach the center of each ribbon to the top of the dowel rod.
